Today I decided to post a few pictures that I have taken while walking around in nature. My focus for the pictures was on the color green. I just love all of the different shades of green and the textures. Green is usually associated with envy/jealousy, but when I look at these photos, it makes me feel more at peace and just in awe of nature. What feelings do they evoke in you?

When I think of the colour green, thoughts of green pastures and trees comes to mind. Strolling through a park and taking in all that nature has to offer.
I definitely don’t connect it with envy. 🙂

As an “upstate NY girl, who moved to southern California almost 5 years ago” (yes, people actually DO read the “Abouts”) you might begin to appreciate what a joy your green photos are today to us winter-weary Midwesterners. I feel like say, “Thanks, I NEEDED that” three times! Beautiful photos.

Haha it was actually just seeing the green in the picture in the ‘Photography’ tag feed that brought me here. I find green more refreshing than anything else.
